We run our diaries back to back with appointments, therefore please may I ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment as the treatment must commence at your booking start time.  If you are late you may have the treatment cut short, or rearranged but still be charged for the full session.



CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

If you are not able to attend your appointment please let us know ASAP so that we can offer the appointment to someone that is patiently waiting. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the booked treatment value will be added to your next appointment. Please note, the cancellation notice changes to 48 hours during Christmas and Summer periods

A no show will be charged in full and must be paid before your next appointment.


PERMANENT MAKE UP/ADVANCED FACIALS/IPL BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

 A 50% booking fee is required to secure treatments over the value of £50. This is refundable up to 72 hours prior to your appointment, after this time it is strictly non-refundable.

Please note we require 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. 

NO CHILDREN POLICY 

Due to the nature of the business and the salon insurance, children are not permitted in the salon whilst you are receiving a treatment longer than 30 minutes. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


MEDICAL CONDITIONS

We don't like to disappoint clients on the day of treatment, so please inform us of any medical condition/s including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.  


PATCH TESTING

Not only to protect you, the client, we am required by insurance to carry out patch tests for certain treatments.  If a patch test is not performed then treatment can not be carried out.  

Once booking is made it is your responsibility to ensure you receive your patch test.


CLIENT INFORMATION

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you during your visit.  Your feedback is very important to The Beauty Lounge. Although we strive for quality and excellent customer service at all times, your feedback and suggestions allow us to improve upon the services provided within The Beauty Lounge.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no shows and failure to comply with the policies in place.


PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Cash, Card and Bank Transfer.


GIFT VOUCHERS:

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date.  Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.   Your gift voucher must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.  Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms  also apply to gift vouchers.  

I regret that we are unable to provide duplicate vouchers for lost or stolen vouchers.
